Happy New Years Eve!

It's the last day of 2011! Another year has come and gone! Today is a day of Thanksgiving, giving thanks for all that has happen over the course of this year. I've learned to make the most out of each situation that I've encountered this year, and take time to understand why things turn out the way they do. Not always in a good way, but, I guess its the Universe way of making things right. Perception is the key to knowing that all things have a way of working out, staying calm through the storm and just letting love and kindness be the ultimate guide. May your day be filled with love and kindness and enjoy the last day of 2011! Happy New Years Eve!

To many Doc's appointments, I am worn out! I did get to watch the new Rosie show, it was great! Oprah's life class is good too. It's always good to get a different prospective on life.Cake Boss was on Monday night also, I just love that show! Dancing with the stars was great, Go Carson!! Tonight is X-Factor can't wait to watch that show. Enjoy your day!

It's been a long few days, bed rest is not fun! The procedure on my kidney went well and I am fine but, sore! So thank you all for your kindness and thoughtful prayers. Did you watch Cake Boss last night? I just love that show! What about Dancing with the Stars? I'm still rooting for Carson, but, JR is really something else also!! Winter the Dolphin "Dolphin Tale"

Dolphin Tale opens today in theaters everywhere! This movie is a Must See! 2005 this dolphin was caught in a crab trap and injured her tail. Clearwater Marine Aquarium sent out their crew and rescued this dolphin. With in minutes a news crew was on the scene and reported this story. All of Tampa bay fell in-love with this dolphin, she captured our hearts and was named Winter. Her story is inspiring, the dedication and hard work that went into caring for Winter is astounding by leaps and bounds. Changed the course of prosthetic history for many people and for Winter, "Dolphin Tale"...  

Did you watch Dancing with the Stars? Carson was electrifying! I just adore him! We will have to see who gets voted off the show tonight. Enjoy your day, remember to Smile...even when you don't want to!! giggle giggle...

This month is flying by so fast! Did you get to see the Emmy's? It was wonderful! Congratulations to all the winners! Tonight Dancing with the Stars is on at 8pm, this is going to be interesting for sure! 9-11 2001-2011

A decade ago our world turned up-side down. Our America was a battle ground. I remember all to well when the towers came tumbling down. Shock and horror penetrated our minds, people perished in a blink of an eye. All we could do is cry, tragedy so huge no one could comprehend the terror that took place in our promise land.  Our America changed that very day. Our Troops went to war to reclaim the honor of our perished men and women who lost their lives that 9-11 day. Our home land security was on high alert, the battle had just begun. The amount of courage and bravery was so overwhelming in a positive way, each citizen helped to restore life as it is today. Though many more lives were taken in these past ten years, we are all grateful for their service and honor their lives as hero's for our Freedom today 10 years later. The towers are rising up, higher and bigger than before, illuminating light will capture life once more. The names of all our fellow citizens who lost their precious lives that day is etched in Bronze all around the water-pond. A Memorial Museum has been built for all citizens to reflect, pray and honor these brave souls who lost their lives ten years ago today.  With each new day that comes, may peace be your steps along the way! xoxox

Good Morning and Hello! This week went by so fast, kids back in school and doctor appts to go to, glad it's Saturday. I have been watching the weather channel these past few days keeping an eye on Irene. My prayers have been going non stop for the people in Irene's path. Did you see the video from the Palm Beach Post when 8 people were knocked right off the pier in Boynton Beach? How scary is that! I hope those people recover fast. Stay safe, be well and God Bless us all.

Finally a specialist looked at my head and saw that I have more allergies and that I should now live in a bubble!!! Do you remember the movie "Boy in a Bubble"? John Travolta was the boy in the bubble...now, it's me!!! Dam it!! giggle giggle...So on top of all the other illness, now I have to go and start a new regiment of allergies shots, Crap!! But, the good things about this was the Specialist, he took one look at me and boom, he told me what was wrong with me. Thank God for Specialist! I've been to so many doctors and when you get a doctor that knows just what is going on, well, that feeling of relief flows right through to your core...Well, enjoy your Sunday, the kids go back to school tomorrow around here and we're watching the weather channel to see where Irene will be heading in the next few days. Oh my, I have and each year Discovery digs deeper into the oceans to give us more information on Sharks. They have done an incredible job with technology, and the scientist that gives us up close and personal data on these beautiful creatures. I am just very thankful that all the years my daughter and I would go diving in the Bahama's and other Islands that we never ran into a Shark! I have been off the radar for awhile, seems that the summer days are going by so fast and I have been enjoying this beautiful warm weather. Sitting by the pool and just letting my thoughts run away with me. I hope all is well with you and that you're enjoying your summer days. We only have a few weeks left of summer before the kids go back to school, so time is of the essence to enjoy, relax and be thankful of the things that matter most (family). Hello and Good afternoon to you; I'm hoping you're well and smiling! giggle giggle...Is it just me or do your kids loose their swimming mask or goggles? It's not even 6 weeks into the summer vacation, purchased 3 different mask's and to no avail gone, lost, misplaced, taken and long gone...Crap I say; I still have my own crap since I was a kid (way back when) and yet my boy can not remember his mask or goggles while swimming at the beach or pools...I guess I should have opened a scuba equipment store just so that I can keep giving masks away!!! giggle giggle....Kids!!! Now after three masks and two sets of goggles; he will have to work for masks so he can purchase them himself...(My guess, that won't happen)...so if you see a kid out on the road with a cardboard sign saying "Will work for Mask", just keep going, it's only my son trying to get out of hard working labor! Let me know if this sounds familiar...keep smiling and enjoy your weekend. God please Bless us all.

What a Surprise!!! You are going to need a box of Kleenex for this beautiful heartfelt homecoming...A Must See Show...have a great day.

It's Wednesday already

Good Morning to you all,how are you doing today? The holiday weekend went by so fast, I hope you all had
a great fun time. Back to the usual stuff on the Wednesday morning. All is calm and continuing to remain as cool as I can. Have you been watching the shows on OWN? Carson Nation has been on, and what a wonderful show. Carson is helping people get back their lives. I just love him! On HGTV, House Hunters goes on Vacation has been incredible. They pick a family and send them on vacation, once they are there, have to choose 1 out of 3  vacation homes the family would like to vacation in! These families have gone to Hawaii, Miami, Key West stayed in million dollar homes for one week, one family got to stay on a luxury yacht for a week. How cool is that? Amazing memories will be made for those families, all thanks to HGTV! I just love watching all the shows that HGTV has on. Have a wonderful day and God Bless!

Hi, just to let you know tonight on Lifetime 9pm est Drop Dead Diva is on,  and at 10pm on OWN Ryan and Tatum will be on. I hope you get a chance to watch these shows.  Did you watch last night show on OWN Carson new show? OMG it was so great! I just love Carson. I also watched the new show,101 ways to leave a game show, OMG, this show takes reality to a whole different realm. The show will air Tuesday evening at 8pm on ABC, you have to watch this thrilling game show, it's crazy good! Have a wonderful evening everyone.

It was a rollercoaster of a show! I pray that through this show they will come to understand each other and enjoy life together. Season 25, Oprah Behind the Scenes at 8pm, the amount of hard work and dedication from the staff and producers is just incredible to watch and see how they make Oprah's daily show. At 10pm Why Not? with Shania Twain is on Own. You have to see this show, Shania speaks honestly about her pain and suffering from her husbands affair, and how she is moving forward with courage and faith to regain her voice and her happiness.. Must see show! So, in the mean time, have a wonderful day and enjoy the rest of this weekend.

I will miss all the talks we use to share, some conversations you really didn't want to hear, but, you would listen to every word I said. Only because you cared about my well-being. That's a true friend! Our walks on the causeway will be missed for sure; you always captured a dolphin sighting just for me to see. You would say "Janie I asked the dolphins to give us a show today, just because you love them so"! That's a true friend! You always enjoyed reading my writing and poems, You would say "My dear Janie, you are so natural and tender in your writings, you bring tears to my eyes"! That's a true friend! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Mother's are the invisible soldiers that stand up for what is right, they hold and protect their child all through the night. Their strength and courage guides and nurtures their child to know from right or wrong. Just so the children can stand on their own when their grown. Countless efforts to remind the kids; to brush their teeth, clean their room, pick up the toys all to teach them how to become  responsible.Those task are foot steps to who they will become. Invisible soldiers keep moving forward even when they are ill. No task is forgotten, perhaps just put to the side from moment to moment.  Their love is pure, their hearts melt when their child gives a big hug and shouts "I Love you Mommy"! That's what it's all about! A Mother's love is given so naturally, she doesn't ask for things in return. Her sacrifices are many, though you would not know, the silence gets swept away,she gives a smile to embrace the child's confidence that every thing is okay. Invisible soldier this is your day! Wishing you a beautiful day...Happy Mother's Day!

I woke up at 4:00am, to watch the Royal Wedding today. The coverage on TLC was great and very exciting. I started to cry once I saw Kate step out of the car with her Beautiful Wedding Gown on, she looked elegant and captivating. The Ceremony was magical and enchanting story that will play in our minds for Centuries to come. Best Wishes to Prince William and Kate, the Royal Couple!

It's Monday!

This year is just flying by! So many things are going on at the same time! I am remaining calm and relaxed, (well, as much as possible). (giggle giggle) I do rely on my meditation CD each day. I use "Getting into the Vortex" the guided meditation with Esther and Jerry Hicks. (The Teachings of Abraham). It's a beautiful meditation CD! I really enjoy it! Maybe you will too, let me know! Great news, Winter the Dolphin's trailer was released last night! Clearwater Marine Aquarium has announced the Movie "Dolphin Tale" will be out September 23, 2011 in theaters! To watch the Trailer "Dolphin Tale" click on Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Clearwater, Fl.. 2005, this young dolphin captured our hearts, as she struggled to stay alive. With the support and remarkable dedication of the crew at Clearwater Marine Aquarium; "Winter",the dolphin had every reason to live and grow strong with the help of Prosthetic tail. This is a real life story of hope, healing, nurturing, inspiration and love.. Please take time to see this beautiful dolphin, she will move you, just like she did to so many others!

Hello everybody, I have been away from my computer for a few days.  I would like to send out my prayers for the people in Japan, I am sorry for your loss and all the devastation to your beautiful country. My heart extends out to you and I ask God to restore and rejuvenate the beauty of Japan.

    There's a country far away from me    I hear their cries  calling out to me  the earth rumbles shaking everything   pacific ocean overflowing onto the land taking everything in its path  destruction devastation has changed lives and homes now in ruins and rubble    God  hear our plea,   protect  the people in this country  find the ones that are missing and bring them to their loved ones. Though we're continents away, you are all close in my heart. May Peace  still the waters of the pacific ocean!

I have today to be all that I can be...I choose to stay in peace...Carefully thinking only good thoughts for you and me...Discovering the beauty that surrounds us, I know God is restoring you and me...Breathe Love in and allow the love to flow... ignite the light that shines deep with-in our spirits...so we may glow...there's no difference in the light  that shines...we are one...intertwined with God's everlasting Love!

Zach and Kristina both get their OWN Show

What a turn of events, last night on Your OWN Show, Zach and Kristina competed in the finale, against each other for a chance to win their OWN TV Star show. They both had to create their own pilot presentation of their dream TV show. They both nailed it! While watching the two presentations I was thinking to myself, "wow, this is really hard to decide, both contestants had great pilots". Then, I thought to myself, "this is Oprah, and Oprah can do anything, this is her OWN network"! Well, It happened, Oprah picked both Zach and Kristina to have their OWN TV Show!!!! How cool is that!! Congratulations Zach and Kristina! I'm happy for you both and look forward to watching your OWN shows on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Last weekend of February!

This has been a long week! Lot's of scheduling and paper work to organized for the next set of events. This is the last weekend of February! I watched American Idol, when JLo busted out in tears the other night, I cried right along with her..Only in her movies has she cried, so to see JLo cry on Idol, well, I cried too! There was lots of talented singers this season, the judges had some difficult cuts to make. I think they did a great job.Looking forward to another Idol season. Tonight on OWN, is Oprah Behind the Scenes at 8pm. I watch Oprah's daytime show, and then watch Behind the Scenes of that show, it's incredible! 9pm the finale of Your OWN Show is down to two contestants, Zach and Kristina. Who will win their OWN TV Show? I'm  hoping Zach will win! Will see how it plays out! Have a great day, and a splendid weekend! Looking forward to Spring time!!

Celtic Woman Concert was spectacular, wonderful and fabulous! After five years of listening to their CD's and watching their concerts on DVD it was finally time to see them in concert...I just love them! The sun is out and expected to be up in the high 70's today. It's beach time! Have a nice day!   

T.G.I.F

Another week under our belts, still practicing staying calm under pressure. Medical reports have thrown a curve ball at me!  I am still trying to process this. More details will transpire next week. So, I have today, to make a  difference by staying calm, focusing on joy and a peaceful mind.I will be watching OWN to receive as much inspiration I can get. I search for splendor  I search for peace   while I search  a presence comes over me  divine consciences covers me and I am at peace. A feeling of tranquility is all around me. Though my body is here, I'm not. It is the power of divine consciences that allows me to transcend to a deeper part of me. A place that is full of possibilities and an endless array of knowing; that God has placed his tender hand a pond my spirit to lift me up and know that I am Love and be Love...May the presences of his love filter through you! Friendship is a Beautiful gift of Love

A smile, A thought or a jester is all it takes to make someones day. I always say "be kind and kindness will follow you". Today, was one of those normal days, just plugging along, trying to stay calm and keep a smile on my face. I opened my Facebook acct. and received a beautiful reminder of what friendship and love is...We know that you can't pick our family, but, you can choose your friends. Today, a very dear friend stopped what they were doing and thought of me...Heartfelt words poured out of his spirit and touched mine! That moment I read his message, my spirit opened and delighted my heart. Kindness is a tender moment that continues to grow as the heart expands and fills your soul with love...Friendship is a Beautiful gift of Love!!! 

Congratulations to the Packers, they played a great game! The Arena that hosted the Super Bowl in Dallas was beautiful and spectacular. The Black Eyed Peas once again were off the charts! I just love them...Now that football is over, there is a low that comes over me, my fever is gone, what's become of me?  I eagerly await for August to come to get my football fever elevated for the game I love. Five more months to come so we can hear those words "Game On" all over again!!!   

Happy Super Bowl Day

Wow, Super Bowl Sunday is already here! This year is just flying by! My favorite team did not make it to the super bowl, darn it! I always look forward to the commercials and all the yummy foods I get to eat while watching the game. I can't believe all the snow that came down in the Dallas area...I am sure it will be a great game to watch. Have a wonderful Super Bowl Sunday!

Thank Goodness it's Friday! I need to rest! I'm looking forward to watching Kitchen Boss on TLC and do some cooking of my own...Buddy has a variety of receipts that will be great to make this weekend...I am also looking forward to watching OWN Oprah Winfrey Network 8:00pm Oprah Behind the Scenes, this show is amazing! See how much effort and dedication goes into producing each show..At 9:00pm Oprah's Search for the Next TV Star is on, 5 contestants are left, who will be eliminated next? I 'm still rooting for Ryan to win. I will just have to watch and see what happens..Have a great weekend!

Happy Ground Hog Day!

It's official; Early Spring is expected! The Ground Hog came out of his den and there was no shadow!! Thank Goodness! Let's hope this will be the last snow storm of the season...The snow is still coming down in the North, my thoughts is, what will happen when all this snow melts?? I hope everybody stays safe & warm and think good thoughts of the warm weather to come...Have a Blessed Day!

More Snow

February is here and she has so many states under severe snow storms. Mother Earth what is going on with you? Will the ground hog come out of its den tomorrow? We shall see...Along the Palm Beach coast area today a plane spotted several hundred sharks..That's a lot of sharks in one place...I wonder where they will go next? I wonder if they were the same species or different sharks migrating together? Well these questions will be answered in time...Have a pleasant and peaceful evening!

The Last Weekend of January!!

First I want to share a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a few of my dear friends...May their special day be filled with joy and Love...This has been a month to remember..So much Snow for many...I hope they get a break from shoveling this weekend!! Happy Monday Evening

The weekend went by so fast! I was able to catch Master Class (Oprah's network OWN) Jay-Z and Maya Angelou was the speakers. I have adored both Maya Angelou and Jay-Z for many years, and to listen to each of their life's journey was riveting and inspiring...It has transformed me...The outcome is: never give up, keep dreaming your desire and find your passion  and live it! That's just what I'm planning on doing this whole year, moving forward staying calm even in the storm. Thanks Oprah for making such great programming, and Thanks to Jay-Z and Maya Angelou for speaking out about your lives and giving us hope and inspiration to carry on...

Wow, it's already the 18th day of this New Year! How's everyone feeling so far? Are you going at a peaceful pace or are you hurrying through the day? I ask this, because, I am curious and also searching  my own awareness of  how I feel and what I feel. Life is short and so precious; that I want to express what I'm feeling in my experience on this journey of life. Probably seems weird but,I still find it hard to believe that five decades have gone by so fast and I still have so much more I want to accomplish and achieve. So, I remain calm and respectful of the minutes that pass by in choosing good thoughts that reflect a positive outcome to maintain a peaceful day. May your day be filled with love!

There's a vision I seek  my mind wonders as I prepare to take this leap. I rise with the sun bursting through the window I smile with appreciation for the warmth the sun brings a pond my face. Oh how precious is this day! I hear the birds chirping singing away delightful harmony has started early today. I scurry out to feed these pretty birds just to say" thank you" for the music I just heard.  Oh how precious is this day!   I take a few moments and watch the birds swooping and diving to grab their food they fly off with a piece of bread in their beaks chirping once more to say "thank you" for their food...

Oh how precious is this day! Enjoy the little things life has to offer for free!

Smile even in hard times

I've been keeping calm and doing a lot of soul searching again to re- awaken the spirit that lies with-in us all. The soul; the core to all there is! In this book that I 'm preparing  to be sent to a publisher; I write about  the journey on this physical plain and the spiritual walk that deepens as we grow.I express happy times and hard times in a way to take the experience and learn from it. To take each moment good or bad and find a way to work through it and make it better. I always say "live by example" and "create your own self". Stand amongst the many and be joyful! Life is precious and short! Make the best of what you've got and smile!        

O AMERICA THE LAND WE LOVE

I am still trying to process the shock and sadness from Tucson's tragic shooting. I know that many people are feeling this as well. My mother always told me "when you are sad or grieving, keep those who you lost and live life for them". Keep them in your memory and do great things in honor of their life". My mom was pretty smart! I am sure that changes will be made to keep our Community Leaders safe from harms way and safe for the citizens in each community. We must continue to have Meet and Greets with our Leaders across this great nation. We are land of the Free and home of the Brave! 

I am deeply saddened by the tragic events that took place yesterday in Tucson Arizona. My thoughts and prayers have been going out to each person affected by this awful crime.  To think that something as nice and normal as a Congresswoman and staff going out to  meet and greet their fellow citizens in their community and have this mass killing happen...Do we all have to protect ourselves with bodyguards each time we leave our homes? Has it come down to this? How can we protect ourselves and our community leaders so that this won't happen again. It takes a village to raise a child, It will take each person to keep another person safe...I am truly sorry for the precious lives that were taken away to soon...I ask God to bring light into the broken and restore health to those in need.

The First Weekend of this Great New Year!

It's Friday! I hope this weekend brings fun and enjoyment to you all! Tonight on OWN will be Season 25 Oprah Behind the Scenes at 8:00pm est and at 9:00 pm est the Series Premiere Oprah's Search for the Next TV Star. I can't wait to watch both these shows. The amount of effort and work that goes into Oprah's one hour show is enormous. Check it out and see how dedicated each of Oprah's staff is and how they created Season 25! The Next TV Star will show 10 contestants competing for their own show. I can't wait to pick one and hope it's the one that get their own show. Will see how it plays out! Enjoy your day and have a fun weekend!

I hope your day is going in a great direction! Today has been Doctor appointments and meds re-fills time..I still need some sleep; last night it rained so hard and the thunder  was so loud I could hardly sleep! I did not watch T.V. either due to the storm. I watched Anna and Kristina's Grocery bag show today, those two girls are so funny! They re-create recipes from cook books and go on a journey to get their foods they need for the recipes then go back into the kitchen a cook. I just get a big kick out of this show. Of course I love Cristina Ferrare's Big Bowl of Love show, she is love! Great recipes to make that are quick and easy on the budget...I am still remaining clam and relaxed. Allowing my thoughts to guide me through the day. With good thoughts, good feelings come out and continue to expand my better feeling thoughts.That makes for a calm and relaxed me! Have a Blessed evening!

5th day of January 2011

Many friends and relatives Birthday is today, so Happy Birthday to you all! The weather is warm today, that's always a great way to start the day. I will be going with a friend of mine out for the day. I always look forward to sharing time with my friend. She has introduced me to Abraham- Ester and Jerry Hicks books and CD's many months ago; I use the books and CD's every day. A lot of their teachings make sense to me. But, than again so does Joel Osteen  and the practical approach of Jesus. So I blend in things that I feel are right for me and use them to guide my way through the day. I am still learning to stay clam and relaxed through out the day. I watched some of OWN yesterday and last night, but, my other shows were on; so I had to bounce back in forth in between the commercials. I really need four T.V.'s in my room! That would be a hoot, four more remotes...Well, enjoy your day! Be Blessed and full of joy!

4th day of January 2011

Today is a peaceful day. I've been watching the OWN network, so many great shows to watch! Last night the new show "In the bedroom with Dr. Laura Berman" was on, Dr. Berman helped a married couple with positive tools to bring them together in their relationship. I was impressed with the couple's strength to be so open about their problems on the air. They needed help and Dr. Berman provided tools to enhance their abilities to open up with each other and rekindle their love for each other. Really neat show. Enough Already with Peter Walsh was off the charts! Peter turns a families clutter into an amazing home, safe for their child to play and comfortably live free from clutter!  I take notice to the inspiring factor in OWN network. We all can use encouragement, guidance and a peaceful mind. For many months I have been pushing myself to find my purpose and follow my passion. Seems as though I was swimming up-stream instead of going with the flow. It's a great feeling when I can turn on the OWN channel and just let the shows enter my mind and fill me with such splendor. It's as though I have a coach training me to be the best that I can be. That's what OWN has given me, a sense of peace, a calming factor that I have embedded with-in my inner being. For that I am thankful!  

I am still happy on this 3rd day of 2011

Om Gosh,Today has had a few bumps but, I just kept my cool and stayed relaxed and calm. ( I am learning). Last night I watched Master Class; Diane Sawyer was on, she was so wonderful and she talked about her childhood &  working for President Nixon. Her story was so inspiring and uplifting. Then I watched Ask Oprah All Stars. Dr. Phil, Suze Orman and Dr. Oz answered questions from viewers. Wow, it was so jammed packed with information that we just don't ask. The three were very entertaining and charming together on stage. Robin Meade is the host, she is always delightful to watch and listen to. Since the Oprah new OWN network, I have not had much sleep..I have been so excited to watch all these new shows. They are all great shows. Today I watched Anna & Kristina's Grocery Bag show, that was a hoot! Followed by Cristina Ferrare's Big Bowl of Love show with Kat Cora on cooking up some great food ideas..Gosh, I'm so hungry and I need some sleep! Oh can you tell I just love the inspiration that OWN is delivering to the viewers!! Thank You OPRAH! As always I just adore you!!! Also on Master Class Oprah speaks words to live by "Find your own truth and follow it"...Incredible words that has resonated with-in my being.. That's why I have decided to write on this blog each day, something positive, hopefully inspiring and thoughts from my heart to yours. I look forward to these steps along this journey..God Bless us all!

Happy 2nd day of this New Year!

The weather here is warm and a gentle breeze is a reminder that all things are possible. I feel alive and thankful for this beautiful weather. Yesterday I watched the new OWN channel, that's Oprah's new network. She has an incredible line up of shows. The shows have inspiring appeal that will touch your core and resonate  with in your being. It has done so with me. I have been longing for a balance between my self and my own higher self, the higher self of divine goodness and unconditional love. Even though I know I live with love and an inner knowing of consciousness I had struggled with depression and stress. I would allow myself to self destruct when something would come my way. Well, I am learning to keep my thoughts positive and refrain from negative thinking. It can be hard at times, but, I am determined to keep my mental mind and my spiritual mind  in balance with thinking clearly and not reacting to negativity. Just knowing that God has a purpose and a plan for me is the premise of my actions and belief to remain calm and hopeful with each passing day. I appreciate life and all the possibilities that can unfold before my eyes. 2011 will be better!

HAPPY NEW YEAR

This New Year can be a clean slate, a fresh new path awaits us all. My quest on this new path is to stay calm be focused and enjoy the journey. You may ask "What journey", the journey is each new day, what do you do with each day? My day will start out peaceful with prayers and appreciation for life, instead of getting beaten down with problems or stress, I am going to remain calm and delighted that I am alive, I will not let anyone steal my joy. I will keep my eyes open and my heart receptive to other peoples feelings and lift them up with words of encouragement to brighten their day. I look only to the future, make each day count, do my best so that at the end of the day I can be grateful for the experience and hopeful for the next day.
