Merry Christmas!

My goodness it's Christmas already!! May you and your family have a blessed Christmas!

I got sad news early this morning that a very close friend of mine died. Seems as though I just spoke to her a few days ago... Now she gone back home to the spiritual zone! I wonder am I alone? Though I know that Jesus is and always be within my soul, I still feel alone.

Tears flooded my eyes till I could not see, perhaps she knew the tears were for her since we could no longer be united on this plain. I have nothing to gain, just a small piece of gratitude for all the years we were friends. Memories now hold a sincere place in my heart. A flip book of places and things we did together flood my mind with such great pleasure!

She was a second Mother to me,  a Grandmother to my son! He would never have known what it was like to have a Grandmother with out her Love. Just pure Love came out of her being, she gave us so much love, we are both very grateful to have had this bond.

As I start to close this post, I ask you all to give joy, peace and hope to others as they may need a little pick me up! You don't always know what the other person may be going through. Being kind and compassionate no matter what you are going through yourself, is the greatest gift one can give.

So as this is Christmas morning and the moon is out so full and bright, I wish you all a very Blessed night! May all your dreams come true!

May God bring Marcy back to be by his side in eternal light! Rest in Divine Peace Marcy!xox

Time is just running by~!

I can't believe it's already Dec. 17th! my oh my the time is just running by! I wish you all a very lovely evening.

We celebrated Christmas last night with my kids, good friends and myself. It's rare that we can all get together, so we did last night..it was Grand!

Have you ever been to City Place, in West Palm Beach, FL? During the holiday season WPB has a huge Sand Christmas tree, her name is Sandi... She is Beautiful! Down town WPB puts on a magical display of Christmas lights, Sand sculptures, music and lots of fun for everyone.
This is one photo that I took while visiting this Beautiful Tree. You can stroll around and play Mini Golf along the Marina there is places you can take pictures. It's a lovely setting for a Winter land in Florida! lol... We all had a wonderful time being together and joyfully singing Christmas songs as we walk along the waters edge. If you are near or far and plan to come to Palm Beach, please make a point to come and experience this wonderful Holiday themed event... until I type again, God Bless!

Giving Thanks Giving Back

Good morning friends, I hope your having a great Thanksgiving weekend! It seems that every time I have tried to get onto this website, I would always get bumped off!!! Gosh, my own site and I wouldn't be able to post!! Well, thank God I got on today!!!

I have been giving Thanks quite a lot as Thanksgiving approached! Did you all watch the Macy's Day Parade? I did, as I was preparing our turkey dinner! I was on the look out for my brother Robby, he volunteers as a Balloon handler in the Parade for the past 13 years! I actually had to watch it again to find him under the balloon..

I always pride myself while raising my kids, to give back to your community any chance you can. They do just that their entire life.. I'm grateful for that! Both my kids volunteer each year to cook a Thanksgiving meal down in Miami at the Salvation Army with their restaurant! An amazing job they do!!! Then when they come back at night, I have our dinner waiting for them!! So thankful for our tiny family~

I do walk the walk, while always teaching my kids to give back to their schools, churches and their communities, I too give back, in so many different ways.. I always donate food, clothing, pet foods,& blankets to assist with local Pet Shelters, and  my church has a Ministry to help homeless in our community!

It's called PROJECT HOPE! Missy & Mitch Armstrong has been a great asset to the Lake Worth Florida community for over 21 years! They are the back bone of this great cause! Mitch takes the bus out every Sunday early morning to pick up homeless people in the area and bring them back to our Church campus on Military Trail in Lake Worth, Fl. They are then able to  shower, shave or haircut, then they are welcome to choose clothes, shoes, boots, coats and then a warm delightful breakfast! Amen, this PROJECT HOPE Ministry is doing so much good for our community! I go in early morning to start cooking & preparing the breakfast! Oh boy, yummy things are being prepared for 100 or more people each Sunday morning!! Then clean up starts and as the people get to enjoy our church service at 11:00am, right after service, we open the kitchen up for them again to have a delightful lunch!! Amen, Amen to that!!

Everyone pitches in the help PROJECT HOPE deliver a great experience for each person that comes here! Amen!! This little kitchen, 1 small refrigerator, 1 stove, and a very old wall oven, that does not always work (it's very temperamental) lol!!

PROJECT HOPE MINISTRY needs HELP!! I've been sending out letters to HGTV and their Host of Kitchen shows, to see if they would help getting us a Larger Kitchen with new appliance's!! We feed over 100 people each Sunday and our Kitchen is from the 60's!! We really need a Renovation!!

During the week, this little Kitchen serves as a lunch/break room for our teachers of Trinity Christian Academy!! Yes, this campus also has a pre-school to 12 grade school!! If anyone reading this post could possibly give a SHOUT OUT to anyone that would be able to help donate their products, time, or even the whole big RENO!! I'm believing in this Miracle! Help me  Help PROJECT HOPE!!

I continue to be a Blessing to others, as they are a  Blessing to me and our community! I leave you with this true sense of Thanksgiving to you and your family, may your baskets be filled with joy and a laughter! Peace & Blessing to all !!! Group Hugs xox

My Dolphins lose to Jacksonville

Gosh there was so much excitement on the field and all around the Everbank Stadium up in Jacksonville this Sunday! My dolphins played their 2nd game of the season...

We all had our Dolphins shirts on and watched play by play action up and down the field! Wow, we have a really great team this year! A lot of yellow flags being tossed around right up to the last few seconds!

Intense, nail biting and  of course sitting at the edge of my chair rooting for my team!! So Exciting! We lost by 3 points I believe... non the less... we have a Fabulous Team!! Go Dolphins!!

I went to the early morning service at my church (so I can get ready for my game) lol...today the young pastor gave a sermon on "Go the Distance"! Funny how God connects the dots when you lease expect it!! giggle giggle..

I wrote the other day on this blog that no matter what I feeling whether it's painful or not, I will be writing on this blog.. Just like Go the Distance!!! Amen Amen!! God sure knows what he's doing!
The other funny thing is that this dog "Molly", she has been through terrible abuse and painful life and yet, she's so grateful that my daughter saved her!! Another form of "Go the Distance"! She could have had a broken spirit and hated people; but, she has a heartfelt love to be alive and moving forward with her illness with joyful appreciation and love!  That's Amazing in my book!!

Molly is going the distance along with all of us. She is loving through her pain and trusting us to help her along the way!! Amen!! Thank You Jesus!! Oh the good news is just flowing today!! Amen...

I wish you a full day of laughter, joy and a heart full of Love! Until I type again God Bless U!! Thank you for stopping by!! xox

I'M TAKING MY LIFE BACK!

Amen,
Amen and Amen!! Well, here it is middle of Sept. 2015 I have claimed my life back, I am throwing in my towel and stepping on MS!

Through pain and swollen bones & cramps, I have decided to write my way back into life! This may sound weird to some; people who live with debilitating pain can understand what I'm saying. It's terrible to not be able to hold a pen or pencil in your hand, or hold something for more than a moment.

I am pushing through the pain, not to gain anything expect moving forward. One stroke of the keys at a time. lol..

I have excitement on my mind, it's Football Season...Go Dolphins!!! I love my team...That's why I have given myself the seal of approval to move forward with my favorite team and write about them and give feed back about the games and how I'm doing with my new journey.

While I have been away from this blog of mine, I have become a Grandmom to this wonderful pup called Molly! Her photo is on the left top area of this site.. My daughter saved her from being put down at a shelter here in Palm Beach Co. Molly had been very abused and she needed special care! What we did not know is that she has heartworms too!! So we have been educating ourselves every moment to help Molly recover.. She had gone to the vets office several times already and has been under a lot of different meds to keep her alive.. The most wonderful part of all this is, She Is The Life of a Diva!! She has non stop love and hugs and licks and kisses from all of us!! My daughter saved her life, but, in turn Molly saved us!!

Molly has such love for life and incredible loyalty to my daughter! She loves the ground my daughter walks on!! giggle giggle!! Molly is so kind and loving! You would never know how abused she really was before my daughter rescued her!!

That's the loving part of an American Pit Bull, their loyalty, their emotionally driven to just Love!! Unconditionally just love their owner, and of course us, myself and my son Jayson... Molly loves to play and go to the park and she loves car rides!! I will post pictures and videos of Molly too..

Today, just smile, enjoy the day no matter what!! Just be happy, content and say Hello to someone you don't know!! Hugs to you all! Happy Friday! xox
