Both Procedures took place Mon and Tuesday

I'm home recovering from my two procedures. Still in pain, sore and will have results from these surgical

procedures after the Holidays. I truly thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. I really appreciate

your support. God Bless.

Update on Medical Info

Monday Iwill be having surgical procedure on my Kidney and Tuesday I will be having a surgical procedure done on my Bladder. Two different hospitals for two different types of Outpatient Centers. So Thank you all for your Prayers and Well Wishes..I will post my progress next week.

Well folks, Irreversible Damage is in my hands, waiting for you to read!! I exposed myself for the sake of reaching people to recognize the symptoms, get tested, early detection and treatments. See your doctor. This book is my life living with Asthma, heart and lung problems. Through stress and depression, comes adversity, endurance, courage, strength, faith and a reason to keep living. These are the medications that I take for COPD

Combivent Aerosol,   Advair Diskus,   Nasonex nose spray,   Singulair tablet,   ClaritinTablet, Albuterol Sulfate for breathing machine.. These are all my monthly meds. Of course, If I should get worse, well, then there will be more meds.. This is just to let you know, that meds do work. Get informed, Get tested, Early detection, can help patients live longer and lead to a more active lifestyle..Talk to your Doctor.

Synopsis of my book IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE

2004, I was diagnosed with C.O.P.D. (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). When the doctors told me that I had this disease, I was relieved of what the answer was. Many tests had to be performed; my heart and lungs had taken on more problems. So in my mind, I knew what was wrong with me. Now the question was, how do I live with C.O.P.D.? Four years have passed since I was first diagnosed with this disease, now it has advanced. I was determined to be heard, page after page.
IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE is a gripping story based on my own life experience living with Asthma, heart and lung problems, constant stress and second hand smoke. It's emotional, twist and turns of adversity, endurance, inspiring and uplifting. Blending a sense of humor, strength, and a determination to enlighten others and bring forth awareness so we all may lead a positive, productive, well balance life style worth living.

COPD AWARENESS MISSION

ARE YOU at RISK? Here is my list of Symptoms:

1: Wheezing 2: Shortness of Breath 3: Burning feeling in the lungs 4: Cough

5: Chemicals, Perfumes, Candles burning, Incense, Shampoo's things that smell makes the lungs tighten up, having a feeling you have to gasp for air, airways get constricted.

6: Weather Patterns, Cold, Damp, Breezy days, Mold and Mildew. Just makes your lungs so
tight, burning, heavy as though something is sitting on your chest.

If you have any of these symptoms, Please see a Doctor.

SYMPTOMS: OF MINE COPD

Shortness of Breath: I gasp for air, tightness in chest, air ways get constricted, rest, breathe, rest again.

Odors &Smells: I can not breathe if I have to smell fresh cut grass, cleaning products, shampoo's, flowers, perfume or cologne, candles or incense, hairspray, wood burning , the list goes on.

Anyone that has these Symptoms or the others that I have mentioned, Please go see a Doctor. COPD is the 4th leading cause of death..If caught early, it can be treated and managed..

Greet each day with excitement, joy and tenderness. It does go along way. At the end of the
day you will be thankful and filled with anticipation for the very next day.

THE LETTERS AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT

I sent letters to my Senators, Governor, House of Reps., and President Obama.
to make the month of NOVEMBER COPD AWARENESS Month... I am not
finished yet. I will be sending out letters to T.V. and Radio stations, Newspapers.
