Count down is on!

                           6 days left to enjoy summer vacation!!! Yikes!!!

Those crazy hazy days of Summer are coming to a close!  That means school bells will be ringing, yellow buses will be clogging our roads, yellow caution 20 miles an hour school zones & crossing guards will be back in swing!  Yikes!

I truly enjoyed driving all around our great towns this summer without those school zones and buses! My days of driving will be only during a few short hours in between the hours while kids are in school!

This summer has been a different kind for sure, my son had an accident while playing basketball early in June and he has been in a boot to keep his ankle safe from the terrible injury he suffered! Physical Therapy three times a week and no driving, no weight on ankle and many ice bags!

Today is the day to go back to surgeon and get an update on his recovery! amen! Probably won't be able to play basketball for a while still. At least we'll find out what he can do and what would be the next step in recovery!

Monday is back to school! Gosh, I really love summer time and yet this year we did nothing to reflex on enjoyment of swimming and going to the beach! Luckily we do live in Florida, so hopefully we can still get some good weather in to do a few cannonballs in the pool! LOL!!

HAPPY AUGUST!

Gosh, I just love August! Probably because it's my Birthday Month!!! I love my Birthday!! Even though I am getting older, and I never really celebrate it to go overboard and have parties or get together's!

I think this year will be a year to celebrate a little differently! Usually I have dinner with family, which is always a great time...But, I think this year has to be a year to really celebrate life, not just my life but life in general!

Times are hard and so much stress all around, that we need more happy in our lives! Yes, I did say "HAPPY IN OUR LIVES"!

I choose to be Happy, my mind, my spirit and my body...though my body has more aches and pains. I could hardly move at times, I choose to be happy! I find great comfort in reading the words of Jesus in our Bible. I also mediate regular. That gives my mind a chance to refuel and regain positive vibes and good thoughts. And I pray "ALL THE TIME"! I am always calling out to Jesus asking him for courage, strength & guidance.

As I hear the news or read something that has taken an awful turn of events, I am right there calling out to Jesus to ask for prayers, protection and healing. As we all know these past few months have been tough on our nation and it's people around the world...

I ask that Peace begin with me! Peace, joy and laughter must be at our fore front of our minds. Our children need our guidance to keep them safe in a world that has grown wild. We are our own happy and joyful ones!

I pray to each one of you reading this message, that may God Bless you and give you strength to feel happy, and let their be peace in your heart to carry you through this wonderful month of August!

Let's make August a great month filled with smiles, joy, laughter and a heart full of love in each and every one of us!! God Bless us all!! In Jesus mighty name!!! Amen, Amen, and Amen!!

My continued prayers for all people & all nations

My emotions have been a train wreak along with everyone else's these past several weeks. My continued prayers for all people and all nations has been an everyday event. I am not complaining, I am simply stating facts that our people and our nations has taken on mass massacres at the hands of demons.

When I listen to the news and the anchor says "this man shot and killed so and so"... or "this man drove a truck through people celebrating their Bastille day".... it hits my last nerve! These are terrible demonic beings! They are not men, man or any good human form of people!They are demons! Though this is my opinion, i am not normally harsh, but, in these days of all these tragic times my mind wonders and fills with empathy and sadness for all the families left with brokenness and death!

My heart swells up with an out pouring of compassion and pure panic over all the lives that were tragically taken away from their love ones much to soon...It's shock, it's awful to even comprehend all those people who have been killed and their families left to pick up their shattered lives over and over again...!

I pray that these violent acts of death shall cease and that mankind can regain it's LOVE for one  another can rise up and touch each one of us as a ONE NATION under GOD!

GOD BLESS our NATIONS and all mankind! LET PEACE BEGIN WITH ME!  I STAND with LOVE!

Once again time is sliding by so fast!

Hello friends, I sure hope you're all having a great summer thus far! Seems as though this month is just passing by fast!

My son hurt his ankle once again playing basketball at his favorite exercise club the other day, so we have been running (him hobbling) LOL.. to doctors & MRI offices to make a diagnosis of the injury! He has been on crutches & trying to stay off his leg!

That's been the hard part keeping him busy without going anywhere or doing anything fun. We'll keep our fingers crossed that he won't need surgery...

I was rooting for Golden State Worriers to win the Basketball final, but they didn't! GSW sure had a great season! Though I love my Miami Heat, GSW is my second fav of basketball teams.  I really hope Chris Bosh will be well and up to playing this new season coming. I really love watching them play. I watch them on TV as often as I can, my daughter and son go down to American Airline Arena to watch them play that's so exciting!  They always bring me back a new shirt! Go Miami Heat!!

Other then keeping up with Molly and now my son, I really don't have any plans for the summer. I would like to take a vacation to Los Vegas for my Birthday, but probably won't happen.. lol..

June is here! Time flying by so fast!

Hi everyone, I hope this post brings great joy to you and your families! I can't believe it's June 10th all ready! Time passes so fast! We've been having lot's of rain from TS Colin & it's bands of rain for several days now, and still some more coming later today and tomorrow! We are going to need a boat to get around! LOL...

Well, I would like to say sorry for not posting sooner, seems as thought the days get away from me pretty fast lately! Besides the rain and keeping this place from over grown trees & shrubs it's getting pretty green outside! Lush tropical gardens is always a pleasure to the eyes!

The Golden State Warriors will be playing Cav's again tonight for the Fourth Game, GSW 2- Cav 1. I pray that GSW will take home the full final games to Win the Championship in Basketball!! My Miami Heat did well even though we had some great team members out with injuries. It was definitely an exciting season as a life long fan to watch all the games this year!

Next up is the Miami Dolphins will be starting in a few months, that will be fun watching those games! The new Stadium will be hosting the Super Bowl in 2020! That's going to be awesome!

The days just go by so fast!

Hello and Hi to my friends! My goodness, the days just go by so fast! It's the end of April, my son just turned 17 the other day! May is just a few days away! My goodness!!

May is just a few days away! I love the month of  May! Flowers bloom people out side tending to their lawns and gardens! The weather seems to be getting hotter than the average weather temps in May (well in So. Fla.) lol..

We sure have had different types of weather patterns lately all around the states. Seems weird to me! lol...

I love the change to day light saving time and the warm weather! Sit outside in patio and listen to all the animals making their noises and chirping! It's very calming (to me)! I hope everyone is having a great early spring time!

I will try to continue to remind myself to stop by here and chat a while. I have not been on this site for a while. sorry... Have a delightful afternoon and I will be back soon!!! Chow for now!!!

One minute your laughing and the very next minute your devastated in shock & numb!

I am sure most people can relate to what I am about to say, I know it's taken me several weeks to even write about this.

One minute your laughing and the very next minute your devastated in shock & numb! What could it be? A tragic event in time take place, you get the call, or you read it on Facebook:  Suicide!

This crushing shocking word that we hear of  "way to often" between the high rollers of actors & singers we also hear that our own close loved ones have taken their own lives!!! Suicide!

WHY?? WHAT COULD I've done to HELP THEM??? HAD I known.... my heart my soul is torn!

My mind is frozen, shock has taken up residence right to the core of my own soul! Suicide! why?

We probably will never be able to get the answers as to why our departed had no other choice expect to kill them selves!! Oh how much this hurts just to type these words. I can only imagine what our dear loved one must have felt in their last few moments before their untimely death! oh it hurts!

It saddened me to my core that our loved one choose to kill himself and leave behind three young children and a loving wife & a thriving restaurant!

My thought is; YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH BEHIND CLOSED DOORS!!!

I would have to walk in THEIR SHOES to know their personal business...On the outside looking in, I think Wow!! Your Awesome! Your so Amazing!  Great Husband, Great Dad, Great Chef,/Owner Great Friend, Great person helping with community efforts!! An all around great person!!! So, what makes this type of man lose his own reality? This is so TRAGIC!!! For his family, friends, & his community that loves him so much!  We will never know these questions!

I lift these painful questions to God, for I know he is in everlasting light and peace along side of Christ Jesus & full of eternal Love!  May Dan be lifted up into the arms of Jesus! Amen! xox

For all of us here in the physical world our hearts will continue to have a void a whole that will remain missing our dearly departed Dan!  we love you always & forever Dan.
